Make Food Your

This is important because dieting doesn't mean that you give up eating. The
best way to lose weight is to make friends with food. Learn to eat the
proper food and avoid junk food as far as you can.
Exercise To Stay Fit
Exercise will keep you fit and healthy. But exercise doesn't mean that you
over exert yourself. Exercise 20-30 mins five-days in a week and eat a
balanced diet.
Forget about eating tiny helpings
Many dieters have this misunderstanding that if they eat in tiny portions
they will lose weight quickly. But sorry you are mistaken. Eating this way
will keep you hungry resulting into either giving up dieting or eating
whatever junk food you can lay your hands on. The best way to lose weight is
to eat several smaller meals during the day and eat lots of good food in the

Don't get obsessed with calorie counting
Calorie counting is the worst thing to do if you want to lose weight.
Because although counting calories helps to raise your awareness of what you
eat, it doesn't help you to stay healthy. It's more important to know which
foods are best and to learn good eating habits.
Forget about
drinking gallons of water
Using water as an appetite suppressant or as a substitute for food is not
recommended and dangerous too. So avoid this behaviour.
