He had just started university and he
was shopping in Auckland when two men approached him to model for a TV
commercial.
Since then he has modeled in the
Pacific, Australia and Asia. His advertising and print work has been
seen throughout the world.
He says," I have been modeling all my
life and more! I love it soo much, the creativity andlifestyle is
amazing!"
He feels that the Pasifika Fashion
Awards were most memorable to him because, "a lot of my friends
designed in the comptetion, they featured me one of the top models in
N.Z. in the interviews."
It was the last show his dad saw
before he died.
He cat walked the
award winning garment- that absolutely no one could carry off!!!

His favorite Indian
designers, whom he's enjoyed working with are he says, "there have
been many designers I’ve loved working with… I love the work of Indian
designers and never stayed long enough to work for all…like James
Ferrerrer and gang."
He believes that Indian garments are
very regal, and that you command respect when you wear them.
He recalls " I went to the Boxing Day
races here in Auckland and I wore a formal creme suit and turban and
everyone buzzed around asking which horses I own! It was fabulous!! "
He likes 'Blink' and
'Versace' 'Jean Paul Gaultier.
He loves "clothes
that have been created with passion, they stand out and the wearer
brings it to life. It’s very sexual without the sex!!!"
He was Shakti King of
India in "Xena the Warrior Princess"
His first scene is
one in which he comes belting in on horseback to attack the baddies!!!
He's also co-written
a short film and for magazines which is all about self belief and
having fun.
