Synopsis
Zanjeer launched Amitabh Bachchan in the big league. Pran appeared as the good-hearted baddie who has a change of heart when he
sees a person who can take him on and win even.
Amitabh, the straight n' honest cop, and Pran, become good friends and jointly fight the evil element that yesteryear villain Ajit
used with consummate ease.
Jaya is a gypsy whom Amitabh gives shelter and protection in his house. They fall in love. The film ends on a happy note
