Sugar Cookies

Delicious cookies made using sugar and refined flour.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

2 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp. soda

1 cup sour milk

1 tsp. baking powder

4 cup flour

1 tsp. Vanilla

Advice

Do not over bake.

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time.
2. Beat well. Dissolve soda in milk.
3. Sift baking powder and flour; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk.
4. Add vanilla; chill. Roll until very thin on lightly floured pastry cloth.
5. Cut with cookie cutters, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350°F 8-10 mins until very lightly browned.
