Dal Ka Paratha

Parathas made out of left over dal

Ingredients

Whole Wheat flour (Atta) as per Consumption

Leftover Dal (cooked)

1/2 Cup Besan

1 small Onion finely chopped

1/2 tsp. grated ginger

2 Green chilies, finely chopped

Coriander leaves, finely chopped

1 tbsp. oil

1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds

Salt, red chili powder, Garam masala according to taste

Butter / Oil for cooking the paratha

Serve with

Serve hot with curd and chutney of your choice.

Method

1.Mix all the ingredients. Add enough water / Milk to make a dough of rolling consistency. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
2.Then make small balls and roll them like parathas
3.Put the paratha on the tava (griddle) and cook applying oil until done.
