Gingered chicken Wings
Marinated Chicken wings in fresh Ginger.
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
4 tbsp. Soya sauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. Oil
Advice
Do not
Overcook.
Serve with
Green mint
chutney or chili sauce.
Method
1.Cut the chicken wings
and divide each wing into 2 pieces.
2.Mix the remaining ingredients together and marinate the chicken
in this mixture, covered in the fridge, for 6-8 hours or overnight.
3.Grill for about 15 minutes or until cooked through, brushing
frequently with marinade and turning twice.
