Kadhai Chicken
Chicken cooked in a traditional Kadhai.
Ingredients
750 GMS sliced Chicken
3 small sliced onions
6-7 Medium Tomatoes
2 Garlic paste
2 tbsp. Ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Coriander leaves
1 tsp. pounded Dry red chilies
4 Chopped green chilies
1 tsp. Red chili powder
1 tsp. pounded Whole Coriander
1 tsp. Garam masala powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
1 tsp. Whole Garam masala
2 tbsp. Oil
Salt according to taste
Method
1. In a Kadhai take
oil, add Whole Garam Masala, garlic, and pounded whole coriander powder
and red chilies. Add onions and cook until onions are golden brown.
2. Put in tomatoes, ginger, coriander powder and red chili powder.
3. Add some water. Cover and let it cook. Once the gravy is reduced
put in the chicken pieces, salt and coriander leaves.
4. Mix well, sprinkle the Garam Masala Powder. Cover and cook for
8-10 mins on low flame. Serve hot.
