Onion Raita
Curd salad of finely chopped onions & green
chilies
Ingredients
2 cups Curds
1 Onion, minced
Few Coriander leaves
Few Mint leaves
2 Green chilies, minced
1 tsp. Ginger, sliced
1 tsp. Cumin seeds, ground &
roasted
1 tsp. Mustard seeds, grounded
Chili powder according to taste Salt according to taste
Method
1. Put the onions in
water for 15 minutes, drain and keep aside.
2. Blend the curd with 2 tbsp. water and seasonings and beat till
smooth.
3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except the coriander
leaves.
4. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
