Chutney Kabab
Pan fried chicken stuffed with mint chutney.
Ingredients
For Marination:
750 GMS chicken breasts, slit
1 tbs. ginger-garlic paste
4 green chilies, chopped
finely
160 ml hung yogurt
Salt according to taste
Mint Chutney:
120 GMS mint leaves
120 GMS coriander leaves
6 green chilies
1 tsp. ginger
8 garlic cloves
Juice of 3 lemons 1/2 tsp.
cumin powder
1 tsp. garam masala powder
For Filling:
3 onions, chopped
40 GMS cheese, grated
20 GMS pomegranate seeds
1 tsp. black cumin seeds
Oil
1 tsp. chaat masala powder
Serve with
Green onion, lemon and the remaining mint chutney.
Method
1.Marinate the chicken
breasts with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and yogurt and check the
seasoning.
2.Prepare the filling by mixing the chopped onion, mint chutney,
cheese, fresh pomegranate seeds and black cumin seeds.
3.Stuff this mixture into the chicken breasts.
4.Heat oil on a tava (griddle) and shallow fry the chicken pieces
till done.
5.Sprinkle chaat masala over them. Serve hot.
