1 LB OR 500 GMS of washed &
cleaned Fish fillets
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 pinch Black salt
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Amchur (mango
powder) powder
11/2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Flour
1 no. Egg
3-4 drops Red coloring
Grind them altogether:
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
2 nos. Cardamom
1 pinch Ajwain (oregano)
2 nos. Red chilies
Oil for frying
1.Rub the fish pieces
with lime juice. Place in a bowl, add turmeric powder, mango powder, black
salt, and rub the pieces well with the grinded ingredients. Set it aside
for 20 minutes to marinate.
2.Separately combine egg and flour with the food coloring and apply
all over the fish.
3.Heat oil in a pan and fry a few pieces at a time until golden
brown. Squeeze lime on hot fried fish to enhance the flavor.
