Murg Kali Mirch
Grilled chicken with a distinct pepper flavor
Ingredients
400 GMS chicken breasts
100 GMS ginger-garlic paste
50 GMS Kashmiri chili powder
Salt and pepper according to
taste
100 GMS hung curd
50 ml. fresh cream
4 tsp. crushed peppercorns
4 tsp. oil
1 tsp. black cumin seeds
2 tsp. garam masala powder
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Serve with
Serve with onion rings and mint chutney.
Method
1.Marinate the chicken
breasts with ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, salt and pepper
to taste.
2.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an
hour.
3.Skewer the chicken breast pieces and cook in a tandoor till done.
