1.Blend the ginger,
garlic, peppercorns, green chilies, cumin and turmeric to a smooth paste,
adding very little water.
2.Cut the chicken into large pieces. Marinate them in the above
masala.
3.Add salt and lime juice and marinate for about 2 hrs.
4.Heat the Ghee(clarified butter)/oil in a non-stick pan and add
the dry red chilies.
5.Cook for 10 seconds and then add the marinated chicken pieces.
6.Cook on a low heat till the chicken is done. You can add a little
water if necessary during the cooking.
