Sevian
Sweet vermicelli mixed with almonds and
pistachios.
Ingredients
100 GMS Sevian
1 tsp. Ghee
1 1/2 liters cow's milk or
skimmed milk
100 GMS Sugar
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sliced pistachios
Method
1.Heat the
Ghee(clarified butter) and fry the sevian until browned.
2.Add milk, stir well and cook till the mixture is thick and
reduced to less than half its quantity.
3.Add the sugar and stir till the sugar is dissolved.
4.Add almonds and pistachios. Stir well.
5.Remove from heat. Serve warm or chilled.
