Cauliflower Pulav

A veggie delight

Ingredients

3 cups Basmati Rice

1 Cauliflower

3 Potatoes

1 tsp. each of ginger- Garlic paste

4 chopped Green Chillies

1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

1 tsp. Turmeric powder

3 chopped Onions

3 chopped Tomatoes

Salt according to taste

Serve with

        Any pickle or Curd

Method

1.Fry rice in vegetable oil lightly and pressure cook.
2.Clean Cauliflower and boil it. Cut Potatoes into small pieces and fry them in oil.
3.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped Onions, ginger garlic paste & chopped tomatoes.
4.Fry them along with turmeric powder, chili powder & garam masala and green chilies and mix them. Add salt to it.
5.Add boiled cauliflower and finally, mix them with boiled rice. Add fried potatoes.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
