Blessed is the emptiness
for it offers the space for fulfillment
Would I be awe struck or know anguish
if I did not wonder about the Void?
The free willed actions
the observing senses
discrimination and choice -
These all spring up
from the blessing of being empty!
Contemplating the energies
the latent potential stored within
all seem to await the moment
when the seed sprouts
to bloom and feel complete.
Still, the aspiration to walk again
the dreaded path of emptiness
that leads to self-discovery
lingers on to define
the purpose of Life.
